Ok, I haven't blogged in awhile. Canned lots and lots of spiced peaches, ham and beans, black-eyed peas and I think that's it. Knitted up a new pair of socks for our trip to Ireland, Scotland, Lerwick (in the Shetland Islands) and Amsterdam. We're leaving on the 26th!! Lots to get done. I got a Seminary teacher, he thought it was safe to answer the phone!! I'm so excited and I've been packing for 2 weeks now!!
