Yeah!!! I finally finished my vest!! I wanted to get it finished for our trip to the countries
arount the Baltic Sea. We're leaving on Monday and I was knitting like crazy to get it finished.
I'm blocking it here in the pictures, but it fits and I love it!!

One of the best nights ever, spending it with Paul McCartney!!! Paul took me to see him in concert at the new Dallas Cowboys stadium. It was amazing. I started to cry when he stood alone on the stage with only his guitar and sang blackbird. It was totally amazing. He sang to us for 2 1/2 hours. The pyrotechnics were amazing. All the words to his songs came instantly back to me and I sang along all night with Paul!!!!! I've secretly been in love with him since I was 9 and my sweet husband surprised me with tickets to spend an evening with him. Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think I would be able to be in the same room listening, singing, dancing, screaming with Sir Paul McCartney. I give thanks to my sweetie, he fulfilled a dream of mine once again. He's the best and I'm so lucky to have him!!!!! I certainly don't deserve him, but I'm glad he thinks I do. My love goes out to both my Paul's!!

The first 2 cantelope from our garden, I ate the first one! They are incrediably sweet and sooo yummy!!!

So my next project is a vest, the only trouble is that it is made out of sock yarn!! I'm sure it will take me forever to make, but the vest is so cute that I'll be extremely happy when it is finished. I'm off to work on it!

Here it is Hayley's baby shawl all finished and blocked, ready for her blessing!! I've decided I love doing lace work and can't wait to start my shawl.

Just finished my socks last night!! I now have 10 pairs of socks that I have made myself. I've decided I'm a sock snob, since my feet only want to wear hand knitted socks cause they feel so good on!!

This is the last picture of the "bus" Thanks to Nobama, for that stimulus package, we traded her in and got a 2009 Hundai Sonata. We'll miss her, we have great memories of many trips taken in her.
