Waiting to go to the Hockey game between Belarus and Sweden. Since we went to Belarus this past summer and we now have friends there, we were cheering for Belarus!! Go Belarus!!
Belarus and Sweden warming up for the games
Final score, our Belarus lost but it was tons of fun to watch!!
An exciting day at the Olympics!!

Here we are at the Olympics!! I'm wearing the sweater I knitted! It's the official Norwegian sweater of the 2010 Olympics. How cool I got to wear it there!!
The starting of the curling games. Curling is very fun to watch. It takes a lot of skill to be able to curl!!
There were 4 teams playing at the same time. The Danes and the Canadians tied and it went into overtime. It was very exciting!!

I think I'll take the day and knit! I finished my Seminary lesson for tomorrow, always a relief to get that finished. I have lots of shows recorded to watch. 24 for starters!!! So I'm going to sit and knit in front of the tv for awhile!!! Sounds heavenly to me!!! I'm working on my Olympic sweater, but alas it's not going to be finished by the Vancouver Olympics:(:( My original goal was to have it made and watch the Olympics in it. Maybe it will be finished before the Olympics are finished, if not, at least I'll have knitted a Norwegian Olympic sweater, which will have, for my son-in-law Brandon, a Canadian/Norwegian patch on it!! Wish me luck in getting it finished. I have so many knitting and quilting projects to finish and so little time to finish them!!! arrrrrgggggggg
Maybe if I go into my "woman cave" and lock myself in for a few months, ok years, I can at least make some kind of headway!!! I'm off to my cave!!!

Olya is starting the tearing up of the floor. Luckily they didn't hack daddy to death. There seems to be a lot of joy in her face as she starts the hacking!!

Ala getting ready to go after her daddy. She looks a tad-bit insane!! Natasha is keeping an eye on him and Olya is getting the tools necessary to get him out!

Here they go up to find their daddy. You can see Their feet as they are peering down into the spot under the floor where Paul is hiding. He finally peeks out, and Ala and her Ninja style seeking Daddy outfit.

I'm standing in the kitchen and I hear Melissa and Abbie come in. Melissa says, "Well you always wanted a red-headed grandchild" and showed me Abbie. She had gotten into a red ink pad and smeared it all over herself and the house. Melissa can't get it out of the couch, the bathroom floor, and off Abbie. I'll upload the pictures as soon as I can!!
